With 'At the Chef's Table' in 2018 we brought the best Dutch chefs together. And we will literally push the boundaries in 2019. Three international chefs wil join our chef Sobecki behind the stove. A special collaboration, with colleagues that he greatly admires. European star chefs, each with their own local specialties and flavors from the local culinary menu. Modest Amaro - Atelier Amaro*, Poland

Modest Amaro is head chef and owner of Atelier Amaro in Poland. In 2013 his Atelier Amaro was awarded a Michelin Star – the first ever in the history of Poland. His unique style of Cooking, pioneering vision on contemporary Polish cuisine has won him International recognition and many prestigious awards. 
He is the author of bestseller ‘Polish Cuisine of XXI century’ and ‘Nature of Polish Cuisine’ cookbooks.

Tim Boury, Restaurant Boury**, Belgium

The former right-hand man of Sergio Herman opened his own restaurant at the age of 28. Barely a year later he received his first Michelin star. In 2013, he was voted Best Young Chef of the Year in Flanders by Gault & Millau. In 2017, he won the title of Chef of the Year and received a second Michelin star. In his restaurant Boury, Tim opts for classic gastronomy and leaves his mark on dishes that excel in technology, refinement and lightness. He gives a creative twist to seasonal regional dishes.

“Doing it simple is easy, it has to be perfect.” This nature of Christian Bau is also reflected in his kitchen: precise, hung up on perfection and warmly. Christian Bau takes his guests on a culinary journey. The three-star chef already found his culinary since a long time, yet he is still experimenting today. It was the classic, French cuisine, which blessed him with three Michelin Stars from 2005 on. This French cuisine now has got Asian influences with Japanese products playing a central role.
